Welcome to Vance Windows. We aim to deliver top-notch window cleaning services while ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Understanding Your Service:

Vance Windows offers a base-level service, along with addons where necessary. Standard window cleaning refers to the removal of all regular seasonal dirt and debris, using a variety of methods, including water fed pole cleaning, squeegee cleaning, and indoor water fed pole cleaning. This “Standard” window cleaning service does not include, screen cleaning, hard water removal, removal of excessive dirt and debris on tracks and sills, and post-construction work. When the customer is quoted, the quote will specify what services are provided. Any addon service, such as hard water removal, will be either listed as a separate line in the quote or within the notes of the Standard window cleaning. There are certain requirements of the customer that pertain to the service, including but not limited to removing the screens prior to the cleaning job, unless if screen removal has been purchased, removal of obstructions to windows, access to a standard hose spigot that outputs at least 5 gallons per minute of flow. If any of these are not 

Vance Windows uses multiple methods to give quotes to customers. We do quotes using tools such as Google Maps, and in-person quoting. It is up to the discretion of the customer service operator in collaboration with the customer to endeavors to provide accurate and timely service estimates. However, it is essential to inform us of any recent changes to the property that may not appear on Google Maps, or special requests, as this may affect the accuracy of our initial assessment. Failure to do and misrepresentation of the work to be done may result in adjustments to your service on the day of the appointment. Digital quotes have an expiry time of 24 hours, and in-person quotes have an expiry time of one week. If the client does not accept the quote within these time frames, we reserve the right to adjust the prices accordingly.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We strive for your complete satisfaction with our service. Any issues will be addressed and resolved before payment, except for hardware issues such as screens that cannot be removed or broken seals, which are considered user error. Pricing exclusions outlined during quoting or service outlining will not be rectified before payment. Additionally, issues like unclean windows due to dirty screens (if screen cleaning was not purchased) are not covered.

Pricing Policy:

Any discounts or offers are applied at the discretion of Vance Windows representatives and cannot be combined. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

We understand that plans may change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to avoid any inconvenience or charges.

Access to Property:

Ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the windows to be cleaned is crucial. Please make necessary arrangements to move furniture or obstacles that may hinder our technicians’ work.

Liability:

While Vance Windows takes every precaution to ensure the safety of our technicians and your property, we cannot be held liable for damages due to unforeseen circumstances or pre-existing conditions.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or confidential information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property:

All content displayed on the Vance Windows website and promotional materials is the property of Vance Windows and may not be used without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms:

Vance Windows reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
